Why This MBTI Assessment Matters

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a self-assessment designed to help people understand how they naturally prefer to think, communicate, and make decisions.

The process begins with a questionnaire that asks how you typically behave or what you prefer in different situations. Your answers are then scored across four preference pairs: Extraversion or Introversion, Sensing or Intuition, Thinking or Feeling, and Judging or Perceiving. When combined, these preferences produce one of 16 personality types (such as ENFP or ISTJ).

The real value comes in the interpretation. Once your type is identified, you review how those preferences influence communication style, decision making, problem solving, and work behaviour. The goal is not to label you, but to help you understand your natural strengths and potential blind spots so you can work and interact with others more effectively.
